a healthy and balanced diet plays an important role in normal menstrustion. as such, malnourished or underweight women too are known to experience late or delay in menstruation.
the amount of workout, dance or sports a female engages in also affects her menstruation pattern. it is learnt that energetic rigorous exercise or athletic trsining causes absence of periods in such women.
changing schedules can really throw off your body clock. this is particulary true if you go from days to nights at work of vice versa.
okay now i know. since i started working, i often skip dinner. why? cos i knock off at 7.30pm. after work, who'd wanna eat dinner alone you tell me? so i rush home to bath. by the time i bathed, its 9. 9pm is too late for me to have dinner because im sleeping at 11 the latest. so, yea.
so, about amount of workout, like i said, i suddenly go down for jogging 3 days a week for about a month.
so now, im not worried about my period not coming, but when it comes. like i said, if it comes on class chalet that day, can buy 4D already.
